DIA-COME C2-HA - the robust and flexible measuring table - with height adjustment!

The new DIA-COME C2-HA measuring table (HA = Height Adjustable) enables fast, accurate and reliable measurement of diameters at different heights! Whether inside or outside diameters, plain workpieces or gears, tapers or grooves, the simple operation means that anyone can measure quickly and accurately!

The gear manufacturing industry in particular requires measurements on several levels. Thanks to the height adjustment, this is now possible quickly and easily without changing the measuring inserts, with high positioning accuracy.

Repeatability: ± 2 μm 
Measuring range inside: 50 - 270 mm 
Measuring range outside: 0 - 240 mm 
Height adjustment: 0 - 52 mm 
 

Stepless regulation of the measuring force prevents deformation or damage to workpieces. 

Analogue or digital dial gauges, inductive or incremental probes, PC, DIATRON or printers can be connected. Measurement data can be transmitted to the PC and DIATRON via real radio (DIAWIRELESS) if a suitable display is used. Most of the existing accessories for the DIA-COME C2 and C3 tables can be used.

The measuring inserts can be calibrated using setting masters and, for example, gauge blocks.
