Countersink – Tight Space
Measuring the Diameter
of a Countersink – Tight Space
The digital IKT105-1-DI measures the largest diameter Ø of a depression in a tight space
Taper angle: 105° - insert for cone up ≤ 105°
Example of a small dimension:
B = approx. 30 mm at an angle of 105°
Digital dial gauges
Choose between two digital dial gauges:
- High-resolution MDU-A125 – particularly suitable for tight tolerances, with data output
- Practical MDU-EC125 – a practical digital dial gauge with a resolution of 1/100th, without data output
MDU-A125 digital dial gauge:
The MDU-A125 is a high-precision dial gauge that is particularly suitable for tight tolerances. Valuable measurement data can be transferred via the data output.
- Highly accurate: resolution up to 0.001 mm
- Flexible: different angles by entering a factor
- Clear display with traffic light indicator for tolerances
- Adjustable reference points and presets
- Various measurement modes
- Metric/inch conversion
- Backing up valuable measurement data:
- industrial radio: wirelessly transmit measurement data to a PC with an interface to the company network or PLC; proximity interface: transmitter and receiver modules are required
- Wired transmission to a PC, network or PLC; proximity interface: a suitable cable is required
MDU-EC125 Digital Dial Gauge:
The MDU-EC125 is a practical, accurate and easy-to-read dial gauge. It is used when you want to ensure that the bore is within tolerance, but do not wish to record the reading.
- Fixed resolution: 0.01 mm
- Flexible: different angles can be set by entering a factor
- Clear display
- Adjustable preset
- Various measuring modes
- Metric/inch conversion
- No data output
